I've aquired a 120 gallon tank that had gone fallow. The rock has been sitting in a brute container with heater and pump for a couple months now. No microfauna that I can see but every couple weeks I add a little food for the bacteria.
Mostly softball to football sized rocks with a few bigger pieces. A mixture of classic Figi, base, and a few pieces of Pukani.
About 150 pounds of rock, asking $2.50 a pound or $225 for all of it..
The sand looks to be consistent size reef grade. I rinsed then dried it completely.
100lbs of dry sand asking $2 a pound or $175 for all.
If you want it all: $300.
Currently using a 40gal breeder for a sump so I would consider a trade for a nice 36"-40" sump
