Sammi is converting her tank into fish only tank and is selling her nice corals. She has asked for interested parties to PM her. Her tank is very nice and healthy. I'm attaching some pictures I took today as I was the lucky person to get first dibs. I really wish I had a bigger tank as I would have cleaned her out. Please excuse any errors on coral names.
I know the mods require a price and I am acting as friend helping her move these. Please use the pricing as an estimate until seen in person and a deal is reached. If you notice a gross error, please PM Sammi to let her know. She wants this to be fair for both parties. Sammi and I will update this list as things sell and we hear of any price discrepancies.
The proceeds are helping her with medical expenses, and leftover cash will help fill her fish only tank dreams.

I left behind some tools to assist with getting the corals off her rock. This will need to happen with 90% of the corals. Not a difficult process as they all look fairly easy to remove. Not sure on prices as she is looking to be fair and is eager to get moving on the fish only setup for reduced tank maintenance.
Sammi, please add to anything I left off as I know you had some equipment to move as well.
Correct any prices I may have error'd on. I'm an SPS guy and don't know the real value on LPS and softies. I also don't want anyone to lowball you.
