FTS of my mostly LPS tank

4 month anniversary picture.
Not much has changed since the last picture except the fungia made a mad dash to the left.
And the octospawn has really blossomed again since I gave him more light.

On a side note, picked this guy up about 10 days or so ago, kind of an impulse buy.
I think he was eating at the store.
There were 4 in a tank, the owner fed them and one ate very well.
That was the one he tried to get, not 100% he did.
Did not eat for the first week, but has been the past 3 days, both mysis shrimp and Larry's Reef Frenzy.
If he does make it, i'm kind of wondering if I should put him in the DT with all the corals.

Had a bit of an incident.
Had to refill the calcium and alkalinity bottles.
Got it all done.
Next day noticed my ph was way low, 7.55 or something like that.
Checked the dosers, yup, forgot to turn alk back on.
Kh was maybe 7.
Startling how fast kh/ph dropped.
Took 3 days to get things back over a stupid mistake.
Added a new alarm on the controller to alert me if ph drops under 7.75.
Corals look ok thankfully.
Dumb, dumd, dumb.

Latest fts. made a few changes, going to make some more.
Had to remove the sinularia, was shading the octospawn.

nice looking tank, good job! But I noticed that there is almost 0 coralline growth in the tank. None on the walls and the rocks look like they are freshly placed dry rock, no color at all. How does that happen?

There is actually a decent amount of coralline on the rocks, doesn't show in the pictures. I'll try to take a picture of it.
I totally nuked all the rocks before this build. Rocks were covered in green mushrooms and aiptasia, couldn't stand it.
Did not do any seeding of coralline, was tired of cleaning it in my previous tank. I'll dig up a picture, it was crazy, looked good, way too much work cleaning.

Another incident in the tank.
For some reason, last night the conch climbed onto the orange scoly.
Put a big gouge in him.
Not happy about this, hope the scoly recovers.

Not really encouraging coralline, but it is there. The fresh rocks were put in about a week ago. Tank is a bit over 4 months old.
I nuked all rock that went into this tank.
