FTS of my mostly LPS tank

Mark That sucks about the Scolly, I sure hope it recovers for you. They're too beautiful and too expensive to lose over something like that. :(

Man that had to be a Huge job taking that tank down to get the rocks cleaned and the coralline cleared off the glass. Care to give a story on the big event?

Thanks. That picture actually is an improvement, i'm now cautiously optimistic.

Company deciding to move us with not much notice.

Dkuhlmann, this picture is for you, knowing how much you like Duncans.
Got it as a 3 head, 10 last count. Albeit, some of the heads are small.

That Duncan looks awesome Thanks for the updated picture.

My colony in my avatar was lost to brown jelly, I've got a two head frag left from it and another two head Duncan that is very green with short tentacles. I'm getting a new colony of 20+ heads maybe tomorrow, I'll post up some pictures of all when I get it.

I've got a thread of New Additions that I picked up last week. They are all amazing and looking great. I just have to learn how to get good real life color pictures out of my phone or my digital camera. :hammer:

So, the fungia has again tussled with the chalice, hurt again.
Add in the scoly damage, I've decided to do a serious rescape to get some corals off the sand.

Phase 1 done.
Still have 1 more rock to put in.
This accomplishes 2 things, gets the red scoly off the sand away from harm and gets the large chalice away from the fungia, who's really hurting and pathetic looking after getting stung again.

Mark, I'm going to post some full tank shots later today in my New Additions thread and would like your input as to where to place my new additions. I've got a decent amount of rock in my DT but have many more med to small pieces in my sump to add if need be. I was actually thinking about putting a few of them in my DT because they are covered with encrusting sponge. One small round one is completely covered and looks pretty cool. Anyway I'll get the FTS up later today after the full lights are on and everyone is open up fully.

I've just placed all new frags on the bottom. Some have been there over a week others just a few days. But all are looking happy

It's taken me a while to get the flow right with the two new 800 gph powerheads in this 40b, Guess I'll have to change it again once I get everything moved to new locations.

So much for keeping my paws out of the tank, I think the fox is getting too much flow where he is, so he will be moved.

Welso, I've been hearing about them a good bit lately. I'll have to check them out. They are beautiful and HUGE.

Yeah stop screwing with it :hammer: :D

I typically don't do this, but I had mentioned to you that your white balance seemed a bit off? I decided to download the file and fix the white balance only to show you how it looks fixed. Does this look closer to real life, or is it more along the lines of the photo you posted? If you are not ok with me altering your file, please let me know and I will take it down immediately.
