Fuge light question?

I have a 25 gallon fuge and I was wondering what would be the correct watts. I am using currently a 13 Watt Compact Fluorescent Fixture! Will this be enough to grow my chateo?

I had no luck with a 13watt. I switched to a 24watt 6500k and was amazed at growth. That is on a maybe 7 gallon.

I use 2 26watt bulbs with great growth on my chaeto in my 20 gallon fuge

No luck with the 13watt for me either. i switched over to a HD DIY w/ 75watt 6500k bulb, grows like crazy now.

I'm running a 13watt with a little growth. I think I'm going to switch to a higher watt bulb myself.

I was using a 13W 5100K and too had no luck, the chaeto was just slowly dying off. I picked up a 23W 6500K from Walmart and the new batch of chaeto starting growing. I also had placed the 23W bulb about 4" from the water.
