Fuge Lighting: Which would you use?

I've been using the CF bulb Melev recommended on my fuge. It's a 19w/85w output floodlight. My cheato growth has been good and I've been happy with the results.

I now have a spare Coralife 21.5" NO T5 fixture laying around. I has two 14w T5 10,000K bulbs. One reflector for both bulbs. I could mount this over my fuge but it would be about 8 inches off the surface do to my skimmer.

So which would you use?

I have one of the Bulbs that Melev uses. It works OK . I also have a 10k PC set up that works even better.
