Fuge lighting

I recently converted my old bio ball sump to a fuge. I was wondering what kind of lighting to have over it. I want to use the clip on light fixture I have sitting around (somewhere).
It is very similar to this...

Is there a bulb that would fit in this kind of fixture that would stimulate algal growth? I was thinking maybe this bulb http://www.1000bulbs.com/product.php?product=11965

they got a 27w CF daylight bulb from home depot. the color isn't yellow... its really bright white/blue. it grows algae very well. i dont have the packaging on me right now. supposedly pushes 100w but only uses 27w. i use a clamp on fixture w/ that bulb. you might want to consider that option. the cost is 7 or 8 bucks. btw, home depot sells those clamp on fixtures for like 6 bucks
