Fuge lighting

I'm looking at lighting options for my new sump for my 90. Space is very limited and I won't be able to fit a cheap metal shroud and CFL. Therefore, I'm looking at clip on's. Right now I plan on doing a cheato with a MarinePure Ceramic Biomedia Plate. These are what I'm looking at right now. I was thinking one but may get two.

A clip-on light with a 4.5K CFL in it works really well.

I have no idea about those, but I would think that you need a wider spectrum with something in the 500s?
