Fuge questions

So I finally figured out a layout in my sump that will allow me to have a refugium setup going and now I need to know what to put in it. I was figuring a shallow sand bed and maybe a few small pieces of rock. Does anyone have any snips of chaeto i can put in there and what kinda light should I use?

Any compact florescent fixture/bulb will work. They are inexpensive and easy to find-- from old tank lights to clip on shop lights.

If youbare coming to the meeting Saturday night, you will probably get several volunteers to bring you chaeto.
