Fungia pre purchase health check

Does this look healthy? I seen it yesterday and thinking about getting it. I seen it a few weeks ago and part of the skeleton was showing. Seems healthier than before but not sure it is 100%. It cost $40.

It did have a bunch of "feeder" tentacles out today. I told them it didn't look healthy and they offered me 30% discount so I rescued it. Paid $28. I have been pretty successful nursing corals back to health but with guidance from RC.

So any tips on nursing? Got it off center off my kessil with med flow. Kessil set to actinic at magbe 30-40% intensity. How does it feed?

I fed it a bunch of mysis shrimp on Sunday. In the early morning when lights are off it looks way fluffier with feeders out. These photos are 2hrs after lights on. Please let me know what you think about its current health state.
