furan 2 and pods

Im setting up a tank just for pods production. It will have calupura and tall gravel domes. No real substrate

I also have some zoonathids that could benefit from a furan 2 treatment.

Will furan 2 hurt pods?

Can't say for sure about Furan-2 BUT... I have read people say their pods were all wiped out after treating with Chemiclean, which contains erythromycin. (Or at least it used to.) So, if erythromycin (an antibiotic) kills pods it's logical to conclude that the antibiotics contained in Furan-2 will do the same...
