225 eurobraced (72" x 30" x 24") After doing some research I see my original idea of powder blue, brown, and achilles together is ridiculous...I kept reminding myself I had seen some of them in a reef together before in a tank my size or smaller but I understand that doesn't mean anything...

I have and am transferring from my 60 gal:
-mandarin dragonette (will the pods survive a move?)
-lawnmower blenny
-midas blenny
-pair of ORA saddleback clowns
-yellow tang (maybe trade for a purple or black tang)

I would like to add:
-red scooter blenny
-achilles tang
-pyramid butterfly
-bluejaw trigger (jumper, right? not a good idea with a eurobraced?)

And now I'd love to hear suggestions :fish1: I'm not a huge fan of angelfish, love anthias but I don't want to have to feed multiple times per day (although I will when I can) I am pretty much open to anything...if you are going to post scientific names, please also add a site I can research their habits...googling them usually gives good pictures but people selling them (biased info) thanks in advance! :wave:

i'd think twice about the achilles. very hard to keep and very ich sensitive. check out the achilles primer thread. success rate is probably 2/10. i know two guys locally that got almost their entire livestock wiped(ich outbreak) out b/c of it.

I imagine your new tank would be large enough for both your mandarin and the new scooter, but I'd wait a while before adding the scooter to be sure the pods have multiplied enough. Maybe 6 months.

I had a Bluejaw a while back and mine never even attempted to jump. So, not sure if that's typical of them. Mine was around 4".

If I get LR from an established tank will the pods survive? Will I have to cycle them?

I would imagine if the LR was coming from an already established tank and not really out of water, then it wouldn't have to cycle and the pods should be fine. If it's out of the water for a while, it might start having die off. But I imagine it would take a little time to reseed the tank, say sand, etc.
