See a few real stores like Country Critters and Petswarehouse.
That's probably the first time I saw the two mentioned in the same sentence. IMO, they have very little in common.
I may be wrong but Pet barn I heard dropped their salt? That's news to me. I haven't been there in a while, but this is the first I heard of them no selling saltwater animals/supplies. I'll have to check into that, as Petbarn always seemed like a pretty good store to me.
Pets is ok but nothing special.
Don't think I've ever been there.
Fish town's "decent" salt dept can fit in the bathroom at CC. If you add up all the overcrowded tanks, it isn't very much, if you like corals kept under regular flourescent lights, that's the place to go.
Fishtown's got their problems, and their saltwater selection is smaller than CC's, but so are the prices. CC has a great display, and to the eye is very pleasing. Then, you meet the employees, and see the price tags. That's when the magic goes out the window for me.
Get in a car and some looking around, you may get an education.
Education is never bad, but it goes both ways.

"Maybe hes special and gets a 25% employee discount"
No, just a loyal customer, but I shop and visit many stores.
.
I think I'll leave that alone for now.
