galaxy ballast died need rma

i purchased a dual 250w Galaxy ballast 10/6/2008. One of the ballast died while the other is still working.

I tried switch swapping bulbs and connector but the one ballast would not working leading me to believe the ballast is dead.

i called sunlight supply asking for an RMA but they referred me to speak to the retailer to do the RMA.

Could you set up an RMA for me?

im running one halide bulb now. the SPS side gets the halide while the LPS side get the PC actinics
