LOL Im sure it will, I wouldnt get the wheels b/c it will be a very heavy can and that will be a weak point..

ooops... well I hope it will be ok.. it is in a laundry room so that will save me a bit.. and right beside the sump pump..

I could not view the image either, but I do use a Brute 32 gallon trash can with the set of dolly wheels on it to store my water. As long as it is the dolly you will be fine. The trash can cost me ~$30 dollars and then the dolly was an additional ~$30. So plan on spending about $60 per can with a set of wheels on it. I have three cans and two of them have wheels. No problems with them at all. I needed the wheels because I keep my RO/DI unit in the garage, then just wheel the fresh salt water to the tank along with an empty can for the waste water.

you have had the garbage can with the wheels on it full? I was thinking just fill only half way.

Yep, I have had it overflow once without any problems. I usually don't move it around though unless I am at the inside lip about 5" from the top. The water tends to slosh around a little bit and even with the lid on it can get on the carpet if it is all the way full. The dolly I use is rubber maid product # RUBB 2640 . You can run a google search for that. I know RC has rules about linking to products not from sponsers. Just trying to stay on the good side of the mods. ;)

Going to try and link to the can I use. I got it at home depot, but I know you are in Canada.

This is the Dolly

This is the can

Hopefully those links will work for you. I had to enter my zip code as well, so it may behave the same as your earlier link did.

Rubbermaid 32 Gal. Gray BRUTE Container with Lid
Model RCP 8632-92 GRA

Rubbermaid BRUTE Black Dolly for 2620, 2632, 2643 and 2655 Containers
Model RCP 2640 BLA

Edit: Just noticed that the can model number isn't listed as being compatable with the dolly, but it does work. I checked it at the store before buying. It just screws onto the bottom of the can.

Do you mean for daily refuge or just my dead fish? :eek1:

Calli, any type of rubbermaid or, for that matter, bargain store bins is usually fine. If they say food grade plastic then that is preferable. Most plastic garbage pails are not so listed but the small amount of plastisizer that leaches out is not harmful IMO.
