what kind of garlic do you use to soak ur fish foods in any special liquid garlic or do you just throw some minced garlic in with the food while it is soaking?

Cool, hey does anyone know if blended brocolli will absorb it or should I freeze the brocolli and then add the garlic with my usual frozen blend?
