So I am going out to Hawai'i for the next 2 weeks. I will be meeting up some people out there and picking some Flame Wrasses. I will have them over with me when I get back... Or however it is they do it. Nonetheless I was checking to see if anyone was interested in some, here are the prices that I was given (You can order them singly, pairs, or harems:
Female: $65
Male: $100
SuperMale: $135
Pairs: $210
Harem: Didn't ask but can get if anyone is interested....
Here is the kicker though, I am in the middle of a set up and I am ready to set up until I get back from the trip and finishing up some re-modeling........ SO you will have to pick them up the day they get in.

Teelapia, right out side of honalulu there is a place called coral Fish HI, the owners name is randy, they sell retail and have flame wrasses for $90 a pair, males are $75, and females are $15 each. My uncle lives in Ewa Beach and I go there every trip over there, last one was october of last year and they had 13 prs. Just a heads up, if you are buying a lot you could save money.

I just had a conversation with that fish store, and they quoted $80 for the female??? Pairs may or may not include the supermale of course with supemale may lead you to $285... I don't know where you are getting your prices from but that must've been way before the demand came...
 
Okay, here is the scoop. For each order I will require a deposit of the following:
FEMALE - $30
MALE - $70
SUPERMALE - $80
Payments will need to be paid at time of pick up. I will close the payment due date by Friday, May 23, 2008.

FYI: Other have requested other specific types of fish... I can get other butterflies and such from there, but never saw that anyone is interested. As well if anyone wants or is in the market for one I can also obtain a Hawaiian Dragon Eel. PM me for more questions. Thanks!

a bit off topic but what are the chances of getting 3 females and one of them turning into the male/supermale? if that is a possibility i may go with three females and see what happens

Just to give you a heads up you might want to check with the airlines if they will let you bring it back as luggage. I had two friends that have been denied so they had to ship their fish
 
Thanks for the heads up. I had mixed reviews talking to them over the phone. So I was going to dig more information via in person. The reps at the State of Hawai'i said there should be no problem. So we shall see... Nonetheless I can still land these guys here.
