....are they to know if the place they have taken a foot on to is the right spot for them?
I ask because after I added the GBTA to the tank it made it's home between two rocks that are close to the substrate (approx 18" from light source, a PC 50/50 with a 12" led bar 6500K supplement). I read the FAQ and different sites about anemones wandering, searching for a proper spot for their needs but, just how smart are they to do that on their own?
It has been 5 days since it was introduced and I have fed it raw shrimp (soaked in Zoe) three times. It accepted the pieces readily, albeit slow, and has not thrown any up. I have a thread in the Nano Forums (info on tank too) with pics of it and added the same one here.
My questions is, will it move if it feels the need for more light or should I wait a few more days and attempt moving it myself to a place higher up in the tank?
Thanks!
