What the heck is this thing that is adhering my red banded trochus shell to the underside of this rock? It sure doesn't look much like the previous occupant...

polyclad flatworm. They eat snails and clams. I'd remove asap.

Hopefully he'll still be visible when I get home so I can get him out of there. Ugh.

Is he gonna go after my corals? Multiply like wildfire?

Any good strategies for getting him out? Trapping? Dosing? I'd rather not use meds/chems...

The only way to get it out is physical removal. You dont want it to die in your tank, I've been told they will release toxins. I had a 3-4inch one that cost me like 30 snails before I finally broke down half my tank to catch it.
