Generic GFO media?

Hi,

I know I should post this in the Chemistry forum but I would like to know if anyone is using a generic rowaphos/phosban substitute in their SPS tank? What brand are you using and have you experienced any negative affects such as RTN/STN, bleeching etc?

im using phosguards. so far so good. but not a very satisfied result.
