Japanese masked swallowtails are my vote for prettiest male...except the personatus of course

It's a trade off. Yes, as albano stated, I think Bellus have great looking females but a blah male. Where the jMS I mentioned above have blah females.

My plan for my new tank is a large JM swallowtail male, with 2 or 3 small Bellus females
 
I purchased a trio of small bellus females for my 250 and over the course of a few months a clear pecking order emerged. About 6 months later the dominant female made the change over to male. Was interesting to see the change.

If you had introduced a larger/more dominate Genicanthus male of another type after that happened, the Bellus male would have reverted back to female colors.
