Geo 612 Part Identification Help

I bought a used Geo612 Calcium Reactor but cannot identify the nut/thread size for the attached photo of the bubble counter tube. The threads that the yellow arrow is pointed to. The other side threads into the bubble counter housing. It seems like an odd thread size and cannot make a match at the local hardware store. How does the flexible tubing attach to this part? Am I missing another part in addition to the compression nut? I have the flexible Co2 tubing already. What I really need is the thread size for the nut, and if I'm missing anything else.

Details please, photos would help...

Thanks,

Ron
