Geo Kalk reactor problem

my check valve for my Geo reactor keeps clogging, and i have to replace it.. does anyone have a permanent fix for this problem?

I had the same problem and emailed them and received a couple in the mail within a few days. i found that it helps to use a pump with some kind of sponge pre-filter to pump water into the reactor.
Dont go without one.
