my invoice says retro kit and the item number matches the retro kit. If I get a bulb I'm going to make a huge deal of it. Worst case I get a few bulbs and demand my money back.

I think we all agree it's a mistake. They usually come clean and will send out a retro kit even if they meant to post the bulbs. It's basically false advertising, just like if a store puts up a sale sign on a 1000" plasma tv for $499.95. They have to honor it regardless of their loss.
