Get Those Generators Ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry, we're safe, I already bought a Generator so we will never lose power:)

If I go buy a snowblower it wont even snow.

We have a snow blower... John bought it at the beginning of winter. It isn't supposed to snow now for a good 3 years!

bah. snowblowers are too much work ;)

I just have a plow for my ATV :) That makes it fun!

Living on the ocean has it's advantages, when the weather guy reports a major winter storm with 8-12inches of snow in South Jersey what he's really saying is "area's east of the parkway will get an inch or two and then turnover to rain with potential tidal flooding at high tide". :D

i have to agree, i live a block from the water, we never get anything, just slush, except a couple years ago, we got 24inches, snowed for 3 days straight, so history will show this storm will probably be a dud too.

lights have been flickering a bit here too. We've got a generator, but forgot to get gas d'oh!
Oh well...we're just glad to be getting some snow so we can finally get some use out of our mountain creek triple play cards...snow boarding anyone?!

I m in Bloomingdale, it's 8 AM, and there's easily 12" here maybe more,

I gotta dig out of the house so I can get to my office and check on the tank ... oh and dig out there too.

I don't think we lost power, here or in Kinnelon where the office is, at least I hope not my inverter is still not hooked up yet!

Lost power last night for about 1 hour (around 12:30 am). And we hardly ever lose power. Everything seems o.k. Still snowing @ 10:30 am.

This storm couldn't have happened on a work day???

Doesn't matter for me, the law firm I work for doesn't know what the word "closed" means...
