is there any fail safe way to remove bw from live rock? Have 150 lbs of rock that is in trash cans right now waiting for the new tank to be finished. Would prefer that this system in bw free.
When I used flatworm exit on my tank, I noticed the bristleworms started to curl up and die very quickly after introducing it... almost too quickly to be a result of the toxins released by the planeria.. so if you have any on hand, or a buddy who has some, maybe experiment with a drop in a small cup and a bristle worm or two in there (before committing to buying the stuff) to see if that works.
Exactly what I was going to say. Any treatment capable of killing bristleworms would no doubt kill all kinds of potentially benifitial other critters. Don't worry about them!
no the seahorse and bw went after the same piece of food, so the sh snicked the bw, it didn't kill the sh but it took a lot of nursing after removing the brislels from the snout
