Gettin back into calms

I have always had a clam in my tank..My last calm was doing great had it for almost 2 years. Then i say to my self i want a blennny.So i get a caribbean horned blenny.I figure that a blenny that comes from the car. would not know what a clam is since there are no gaint calms in the car.Well i was wrong and it ate it .. so now ff a year later and i change tanks becaue of a leak.So new tank...New clams .. this is my maxima.and i have a derasa also but could not get a good pic befour the cam died.they are both ORA

yeah i know but i have not had any issues with the ones i had in the past..as far as keeping them alive im a firm believer in strong light and fish poo.and good water quality..i dont waste my time feeding them other than a shot of dts every now and then
 
just a update 4weeks now and both are still rocking out . the maxima has not moved and the derasa has done a little moveing around
 
That maxima looks great, congrats on the addition. I've had good success with smaller maximas, I imagine it will do fine.
