Decided to start playing with the camera in new ways (away from the tank and dogs) and getting away from the auto settings. Nothing special, but here are some pics that I liked from a walk around the house (and garage) today:D

Sorry... I'm picky..


Photos are 'flat'.. not a true black and white...

if you have a copy of photoshop cs2 or 3, go to image, adjustments, gradiant map.

Then click on the graident... not the ok, dither, reverse, or anything else, just the actual colored gradeint. then you will see a selection of presets... hit the black and white one... I think it's the 3rd from the left on the top row..... hit ok and voila..

and compare it to your old photo... major differences..

I am a zone person.. I try to make my photos like ansel adams..

No sense of keeping them up then;) Thanks for the tips and reminding me I've got a lot of learning to do...
