I placed an order with the price matching promo, and with that same order being over $175.00 I was denied the free shipping order. Was this false advertising or was the salesman misinterpreting the promotions?
I don't know the in's and out's of your order, but I do know there are many instances where we don't combine promotions. I believe that for price matching, we match the landed cost of the item. This is due in part to our low shipping costs. As you already know, there are many instances where it is free.
