Getting frustrated

I bought my MP40W less than a year ago and I'm starting to get pretty frustrated with all the issues I am having with this pump. When I first got it it ran fine for a few weeks then it started to separate the wet side from the drive side. After writing you about it you sent me a new drive shaft. Upon replacing the drive shaft I found the magnet to be really rusted up so you sent me a new magnet (old style). So then I replaced my magnet and things were good for maybe 3 weeks and the separations started happening again. Now it separates at least twice a week and tonight was the worse as the wet side "flew" off and smashed into one of my corals. I say flew and not dropped off to the bottom. Every time it has separated there are no snails involved and I even took the wet side out and soaked it in vinegar before putting it back into the tank.
If I box up the entire unit and ship it to you can you fix it so it runs properly? All I can say is if I get it back from you and it still has issues its going into the trash, thats how fed up I am with it.
This is really getting to be a pain in the you know what and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had so many issues with an item for my tank than I do with your pump. When it works and stays together its a great pump but the bad issues sure do take away any good merits it has.

I had a problem with mine separating. Turned out that the problem was the drive shaft binding with the ceramic bushing. When I tried to replace it, i had to literally pry the shaft off. The new shaft just slips on and off. Was yours easy to remove?

Shipped out the 18th and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow the 23rd. I had to replace the entire wet frame, bearing and drive shaft. Also replaced the magnet with the new style magnet.

Thank you for the information, looking forward in getting flow back up to speed and hoping that problems are taken care of.

Did you by change flash the control unit to new version?

Received my VorTech back yesterday and installed it right away.
Still learning all the new features of V.2 but so far I like.
Keeping my fingers crossed that the separation issue has been taken care of.
I will say that your customer service is top notch and thank you for the very quick turn around time.
