getting larger tank-more 6101s?

AcroporAddict

There is no substitute.
Guys,
I have a 120 gallon 48'x24"x25". SPS mainly. I have two 6101s with a multi controller and have loved the pump's performance. I have decided to replace this 120 with an All-Glass 210 gallon, which is 72"x24"x29". In the 120, the 6101s are placed in the back upper left and right corners of the tank, and this is where I will put them in the 210.

Do you think I need to add any more 6101s to the setup, or am I good with the two 6101s? Thank you.
Dave

Start with the 6101's, Shawn and Steve are correct for a full blown SPS tank you may need more but that could be accomplished with a wavebox, an additional 6101 or a couple 6055's, it is best to get a feel for the flow pattern you will have and see what sort of supplementation will be needed.
