180 gallon Tenecor tank, Hamilton 6ft light hood (3X175MH, 2 6ft actinics). 2-250W MH pendants (one hamilton, one PFO), Deltec AP902 ($1800 new) protein skimmer, self-cleaning head for the protein skimmer ($1100.00 new), 2-Iwaki external pumps (70 rlt I think??), 100 gallon acrylic sump with 2 small PC light strips. I also have 2 deltec fluidized bed filters that are not in service right now (FR509 and FR616), calcium reactor, cleaner magnet and many, many other assorted pieces of equipment (salinity and PH meters) including suppliments, media, etc.
Livestock is a GIANT ritteri anemone. This thing is HUGE. At least 24 inches across when fully expanded. It has settled in the middle of the aquarium and hasnt moved in years. 2 clowns, 3 blue chromis, 1 canary blenny, 1 snowflake moray (he is the very fist thing I got. Had him over 10 years). There are assorted hard and soft corals. I am going through some problems in my life and I also have a new job and I just dont have the time anymore to dedicate to the proper care of this tank. I have neglected it for about a year. There is a bubble algae problem and aptasia problem. There are also some star polyps that got out of control and are stinging out some of the stonies.
There is no stand, it is build into the wall. I will disassemble everything and sell it all to one buyer. I will not break it up at this time. We can arrange for transport of the livestock, then I will disassemble everything and you can pick up the rest. All the rock will have to be cooked.

I am asking $4500.00 for the entire system. You can PM me here if you are interested and we can set up a time for you to come over and have a look. Please do not ask me to sell certain components, they will be ignored. This is going as a package to one buyer, or I will let it go to a LFS that is willing to buy it. I just thought I would let the people here at RC know before I sell it to a LFS.
Here is a pick of the tank and the skimmer.

Thanks, Ken

A very nice setup and a good guy.

The ritteri is VERY impressive and I believe the clowns are a mated pair.

Very nice setup. I'd take the 250w Hamilton Pendant if you decide to part. That's dependant on it not being a hqi unit.

Good luck.

The pendant is an hqi. The clarkii's are no longer with me. The female died about a year ago after having them over ten years. After she died, I took out the male and just threw in a pair of ocellaris.
Thanks for the kind words capncapo.

If anyone sent me a PM, please try again. I just cleaned out my inbox. It was full.

I forgot to add that I also have 2 R/O systems. 1 Kent marine maxxima, and 1 Aqua FX that has a digital TDS meter.
There is also an Aqua Logic drop-in type coil chiller.
This is a very good price for everything. The protein skimmer alone, which is less than 2 years old, costs well over $3000.00 new with the self-cleaning head.

Well, very nice tank. Where are you moving to? Do you plan on setting up another tank after the move?

I am not moving in the immediate future, but I will be moving probably within the next year or so. I have just lost the passion for it. I have a new job that takes a lot of time. I am also having some personal problems in my life right now, and I just cannot find the motivation to take care of it anymore. I have neglected it long enough and it is time for it to go. I am sure I will set a small tank up again sometime in the future, but I just need a break from it right now. I want to get it out of the wall and patch the hole with drywall, so when I do move, I wont have to rush to do it then.

I know you said you did not want to part out, I'm just putting it out there. If you do I would like to have the 100 gallon acrylic sump with 2 small PC light strips. Please let me know in a PM if something happens and you do part out.

I'm sorry to here that your getting out of the hobby, I wish you the best in the future.

Bump for a great guy and tank. And this aneneome and snow flake has to be seen to be believed, they are truly giants. All top notch stuff ! Good luck Ken.
