getting rid of dino algae

just curious how to get rid of it? I am currently (only for two days now) been dosing 1ML hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for my 100 gallon total system. I was going to go two weeks and see if that helps, and if not then go 1.5ML per 10 gallons and on up in dosage if need-be. is there anything else i can do to help get rid of it besides going dark for 3 days?

read the one from DNA down below this one, used in that method the peroxide is likely unharmful and likely unhelpful unless your tank happens to respond at that dosage. since the chance of it working is so small, I wouldnt even use that method of 1 ml per ten gallons for this invader. either party or get out type of thing lol


lights out imo is more likely to help you based on past threads

We'd need to know more about the system to be more specific, but there are lots of approaches to try. The easiest thing to try is some GFO, IMO.
