GFCI input

Thanks guys for the input. I will be running 20A GFCI Square D Homelite breakers on the circuits. That will allow me to put commercial outlets at the wall.

Tim,

I will actaully have more lights on the light curciut at a later date. It will be powering my patio and spot lights as well. Thats why it has its own curcuit.

Steve,

Just make sure your conductor is rated at least 20A or more. Some people I know have used conductor rated less than their protective device (20A breaker with smaller gauge wire).

Before I forget.....sorry I called you Paul in my earlier post.

(just in case: no offense intended to Paul W. or Paul T....I think I,ve got all the Pauls covered) :D

My plan is one large display 300 or so gallons. A seperate frag system, temporary holding system and a quaranteen. I just dont have it all worked out yet...the room is my priority right now.

You don't have to wire 4 circuits to have 4 separately GFCIed outlets. You could run from 1 circuit, but wire them in parallel, rather then in series....as in sort of branched, rather then in a row.

Just make sure you do your math on this since current is divided out across the branches. Your voltage will be the same across each branch but your current is divided out among the paths. This can affect what wattage devices go where since voltage * current = wattage.
