I am going to start running Gfo in my tank, was wondering how much are you supposed to start with. I have a total of about 95 gallons. I was planning on running the Gfo in a canister filter. Thank you

What is the PO4 reading? That and the water volume help estimate the amount to start with and changeout schedule.

Tom I am using an API test kit it reads around .05

The directions on the Phosban container recommend one gram for every ten gallons of water. I use a kitchen scale to weigh it in a sandwich bag. Then I cut a corner of the bag to pour it into the reactor. If you're trying to reduce a very high phosphate content, you could exceed the recommended dosage a little, but don't overdo it.
