GHL corporate responce

Has anyone else contacted corporate in both the USA and Germany and had little response? I have been trying to get the address on where I can send my controller and PAB par for over a week. I have sent emails to both the US and German customer service with no response. Is this normal?
 
Before the distribution changes we used to have a repair shop in New York state but this has since closed and all warranty and repair requests are handled by GHL directly in Germany. I am sorry you have not had a reply but I am confident GHL will get back to you asap. Try emailing service@ghl-kl.de I know a few clients have had issues with emails not being received on service@ghlusa.com

I thought we were going to be able to have repairs done at the new branch in Florida. Did I misunderstand?

in regards to service center: yes, we have it now in the USA

details about location and staff will be announced next week
