we have a simple solution for this:
the master can be operated as slave, this will be added in a future firmware release
so the user has the option to use a standalone doser later on a ProfiLux system

Yep, we have had a few enquiries about support over the last few days.

To clarify this as there seems to be some confusion.

Dealer support: I personally am still handling this locally.

Client support: This has now moved to Germany entirely on GHL's direction, so you will be using the forum there or emailing GHL in Germany, or calling their telephone number which is on their website. If calling please take into account the time difference and rates.

Please refer to GHL's post in regards to email addresses and phone numbers.

Client support yes, or email the GHL German HQ email address or use the forum at www.aquariumcomputer.com so there are 3 support options.

At the moment, yes. Or you send us an email and ask us for calling you.

We are working on another support channel at the moment.
From April on you can call an US number. It is too early for details, more about this in some days.

I am interested in a Doser 2 but they seem a little difficult to find and some online retailers aren't reflecting the sale price. Do I have any other options?

After considering a Vertex Libra or getting an Apex system for a DoS, it seems like the Doser 2 is where I plan to spend my money. Especially if they are as reliable and QUIET as everyone seems to say they are.

contact directly either Premium aquatics or Aqua cave (I only mention these two for fairness as they carry stock and are RC sponsors)

They both know about the discount and will apply it to your order.

I believe premium aquatics have already put the reduction in place, but if not just email either company

If you go to premiums website it shows the discount in place, it also shows out of stock purely due to the fact we are waiting for new stock from Germany. This has taken a while to arrive so some dealers ran out due to us not having supply.

But this will be resolved this week, if you pre order you will get a unit on the discount price.

Aqua Cave have stock but are not showing the discount so just email them.

The ultimate pack is the way to go for $999 if you add up all that you get then look at the premium pack the extra money spent really makes a huge saving in equipment costs.
