Michael I am not blaming you for the shortcoming, this is beyond your control. I have been speaking to you for over a few months now regarding these probes, this hasn't been a recent request.
I have been hearing 6 weeks for months, again not your fault but it would be nice to actually here from Mathias on this issue.
The transition process has been amateur at best and this company's reputation in N. America for aquarium service is taking a huge beating, never in my years working have I experienced such a stupid move as GHL has done. You cannot leave your end users with no access to products that is completely unacceptable! The cost of alienating your N. American clients over some excess freight charges is a stupid, unfounded decision.
I tell everyone who purchases corals at my store to NEVER by a GHL product, they simply dont care about there customers
