GHL touch screen help!

So I went to setup my touchscreen today and it wasn't working properly. What I mean by that is certain functions like settings would not respond and it was just acting flaky in general sometimes responding to touch other times not. I decided to update the firmware.

I made sure the PAD device was configured and downloaded 1.08 PAB device firmware update. The update appeared to work perfectly and I got the message that the update was successful.

However now all I get is the Profilux splash screen on the touch screen and nothing else. I cant even attempt another firmware update because the head unit no longer even recognizes that a pab device is connected.

So now what?

Also On a side note I registered on the GHL forum and can log in but cannot post post or perform any action. I emailed the webmaster email for help and it got kicked back to me. Is that forum still functional?
