Gig experts, deflate but no gape

Picked up a blue Gig from a member on another site. Arrived in decent health last Friday 2-1-13, somewhat bleached and some balding but looked better than most freshly shipped I've seen. Oral disk is starting to regain yellow/brown color.
It looked pretty good until my Occys found it.

It expelled small amounts of waste for the first day but it stopped midway through day two. It is sticky but not eating.- hoping just stress from shipping. My main concern is that shortly after the clowns found it, it deflated and has not returned to full size. It's not completely limp/pancaked out but it's definitely no where near full. The mouth is tight and I haven't seen it gape.
I have QT up and running with Cipro on hand but would hate to jump the gun if it's just the Clowns causing the trouble.

Would yall go ahead and move to QT or wait and see?

to me that is not pancake, it is the "puffy" up pancake is what you worry about. IMO it looks fine, just acclimating. if you worry, take the clown out for now. i NEVER have a clownfish in the nem when it is acclimating, they can be very nuisance to a very tired or sick anemone.

After 3 days in your tank and it looks like that I would treat it. The folds are sagging and not holding up or firm.

I tried to keep Gigantea for a longtime before decided to try to use Cipro to treat anemones. Treat him, sooner is always better than later because the damage the bacterial does to their internal organs. Wait too long and it is not recoverable.

ETA- got him into QT, wearing gloves next time I have to do that.

I had told my Wife I wasn't going to use gloves when I moved our Gig over, and boy did I learn my lesson...... The sting caused some welts and bee sting like stuff on my thumb and made it numb..... yikes!!
