It could be, hard to confirm without seeing the underside.
I'd be a bit hesitant to order from a dealer that describes it as a "lemon gig" when there isn't such a thing as a yellow gig, and this specimen is clearly bleached. It could turn into a green gig, but I suspect that this one will be tan.
From the tentacles it could be a gig, but I wouldn't buy it as it is bleached.
Bleaching doesn't immediately affect the color, so I agree that this one will likely be tan/light brown when/if colored up again. It may develop some green under actinic light if your light source sends out a decent amount of UV light but that isn't the same as having a green coloration.

I differ slightly in my opinion regarding bleached anemones. I'd had better luck -- specifically with gigantea -- recovering bleached but otherwise healthy anemones versus those that still had color yet weren't fully expanded.
I think that there is a direct correlation between zoox and the bacteria that infects and ultimately kills sick anemones. If the nem is bleached but not expelling dead zoox, I would consider buying it, if the price was right. IME any nem that is expelling dead zoox needs to be treated.
So I've taken a chance on it, don't see gigs much in the uk last one I saw was £299 and bleached this one is roughly £30/$50, the retailer is confident it's a gig, also informed me that it's obviously bleached! It arrives tomorrow so setting up the qt tank tonight and have antibiotics on standby
