Giga Cipro Treatment Clown Fish

I have my Clown Fish pair in QT (Non medicated/Copper). Can I have the clown fish as well as the new Gigs in the same system during acclimation/observation & if required Cipro treatment?

It would be best to keep them separate. If it is stressed out the clowns could make things worse.

I am unsure how it would affect the fish.

I recommend that you remove the fish. Fish have normal bacterial population in the gut, just like human. Antibiotic will effect these, just like antibiotic and cause complication in human.
In a healthy fish, antibiotic can only hurt. It may not initially, or it may hurt the fish right away. Long term exposure to antibiotic will only hurt a healthy fish.

If you only have one gig in the DT, put it in there for now.. If you see deflation or anything going on that warrants medication, fire up a separate dedicated 10G Gig QT.

Great to hear.. When I saw him on Friday the color was a real dark purple, and looked shaggier than mine.. Hope it works out keep us updated!
