These come in a few times a year. Just sign up to receive an email notification when they come in. Keep in mind that a few folks who ordered them received S. helianthus, so double check when you receive the nem. LA (in southern CA) doesn't seem to ID as well as LA DD.

I know that Fish, Coral, & Inverts Ship from California.

Anything from Divers Den ships from Wisconsin.

Most likely one of the ones on W 104th St. here in LA, there are 5 large wholesalers in a row. Right next to LAX airport.

There's is no "Live Aquaria" in California. It's shipped from a wholesaler.

Technically they're considering it their facility, but for our purposes we just care if it ships from CA or WI. When shipped from WI the assumption is that the DD items receive a higher level of care and have gone through some sort of acclimation process.

I'm not sure LA wants it "publically" known, the name of the wholesaler used. However, I will say that it is one of the top wholesale business in the industry. They put significant work into their livestock, but are also one of the more expensive wholesale businesses. LA, provides the boxes etc, and the livestock is shipped in them. Pet Solutions & Live Aquaria, deal with the exact same wholesaler. Also doing the same, for Pet Solutions shipments (boxes & supplies). If you call and ask one of the Customer Service reps, they may disclose the info, if you're curious.

You are correct. Divers Den items, are directly from the one and only "Live Aquaria" facility, in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Anything that isn't ordered directly from Divers Den, doesn't come from LA, but a wholesaler.

You are correct. =) They often also, trade amongst one another.
