Gill Flukes or just paranoid?

Few weeks ago I added a Firefish to my tank, only to find out it had monogenian flukes. They were huge and visible with the naked eye. That fish died after only 48 hours, so I removed the body and dosed PraziPro. After 7 days, I did a 10% WC and dosed again. My Banggai reacted very badly to this dose, I thought it was going to kill him. After 3 days (the point Hikari says Prazi is no longer in the system) I ran carbon and did a large WC. My Banggai immediately looked better and began eating after 4 days without food. He's now back to his spunky and ferociously hungry self, but i've noticed he flicks his pelvic fins now and yawns real wide few times a day. Aside from this, he still swims around and eats pods all day/night. In this video, you can see him flicking his bottom fins and yawn at one point. Am I still dealing with flukes or is this nothing to worry about? The Firefish's symptoms were head shaking, clamped and ragged fins, a cloudy eye and always hiding. I've observed none of these with my Cardinal.

(Fin flicking starts at 0:19, again at 0:45 followed by a yawn)
