Great additions G. Couple ?'s. I noticed that there is no flow by your anemones. Is that usual for carpets and if so does that eliminate them moving?
nice videos man
Who knows if the two will hook up ? lol. There's a undertow flow going on which brings food to the pink anemone when I feed the tank. From what experience I've had with carpets..they will move to an area which they feel comfortable light and flow wise. I wanted to place the blue carpet away from the sight of the blacker ice clowns, so the naked have a chance to claim their home without harrassment.
OK that's cool. I was choosing on what anemones to place in my tank that stays at the bottom of the tank and not move. Some of my choices were the Sebae or Carpet but I have seen the videos of carpets eating fish. But then again any anemone will eat fish.
Thanks Wayne...I have a surprise addition for the 40 fuge. Stay tuned !
Thanks for the tip ! The gal who I bought pinky from mentioned using a pvc cap also. As for the copperband, I did add it after the tangs and there have been no problems what so ever. I do use a large acclimate box inthe tank for a few days so all the inhabitants of the tank get use to the newest addition. Make sure you see a copperband eat before buying.![]()
Thanks! I have a large acclimation box and I'm going to take your advice and keep him in their for a few days. The CBB is eating blood worms so that is a good sign. Per your video I'll be sure to feed the tank and release at night when I take him out of the box. Thanks again.
Looking great Jim, just keeps getting better. The wiring looks nice and clean, I gotta do some work in that department.
