Has anyone here had any experience with them and if so, how was your purchase? Also could you please comment on the quality of the tanks and the customer service you received during your transaction. Thanks in advance.

I'm speaking for someone else here. I was following a thread a little bit ago about a brick shaped tank from glaascages. The guy said he had some problems with the tank(dinged up corner, didn't want a rim) and it seemed like they were fairly helpful in getting him the tank that he wanted. Still, more hassle than getting it right the first time though.

I myself once asked for a price estimate and they got me a quote very quickly. It was too high for me but I wasn't waiting around for it.

Ive heard their product CAN be sloppy, but they seem to be structurally sound. I say sloppy as in the silicone could be smoothed and cleaned up a bit more than it is.

for the price, they seem to be atleast 30% cheaper than anywhere else you can possibly go.

Thats exactly what made me make this thread. I sent out a few quotes and theirs came back nearly 40 percent cheaper than the other two with the same specs. I know it isnt always true but sometimes price can be an indicator of quality. If anyone has any pics of there cutom tanks please feel free to share.

Quite a few local guys in my area have used them. Seen a 600 gal tank and heard of a custom 8ft tank. Everyone was very happy.

Most of hte ones I've seen in the last year were actually really nice...prior to that, they had some ugly tanks.

yeah wouldnt suprise me, not like cleaning up the silicone is a big deal to do.

I wouldnt hesitate to order from them.

I'm satisfied with my tanks.

I was also able to pick them up, saving that much more on shipping.
