GlassCages tanks

I am drilling the bottom of my 100 gallon long galss cages tank tomorow. I was wondering if the glass on the bottom is just regular glass or if it will shatter into a million pieces?

I'm afraid of calling them becaus the customer service is questionable.

I dont think you will have any trouble with it.

we drilled 6 holes in a guys tank from glass cages

you should have no problem just take your time and plenty of water

240 i think or 280 somethin like that. it was kentrob's i believe.

Kents tank was a 240 Tall.

I got a bit ahead of myself here.

I plan on running 2 mag 12s on this tank. Should I go with one or two 1.5" dursos?

Always go more. incase you deside later you want to increase the flow it will not be a problem.

For 2 mag 12's you will deffinitly need to go with 2.

Using the following input parameters
Gallons per Hour = 1200

Drain and Overflow sizes are calculated as
Recommended minimum drain pipe diameter = 1.43 inches
Recommended minimum linear overflow size = 18 inches
