For stuff like your calculator, if you have back-up versions the files will have dates on them internally. This is usually enough if you want to take them to court for copyright infringement. Talk to a lawyer to find out what your rights are.

anyhow a friend of mine , who is a IT specialist/programmer.
found out that the webbased calculator is nothing else than a ordinairy uploaded excel copy to a live account.
this excel sheet is just a facelifted substrac of my original sheet.
he did not even bother to change the look and feel of the real engine.
he left out al warnings and only placed the "good. beter. best. advertising method".
things are bound to go wrong because money making has priority over information and openeness.
