Today i enjoy this tank
It's the #EZ550reef
I am slowly migrating to partial led light and observed some amazing developments.
I now believe led can be used to have a decent result with a mixed tank

Thanks. Appreciate the information. I've added it to my wish list Hope to have a mixed reef that looks like yours has mine matures. I have 210 gallons to fill so patience is key. That and making a list to read and understand how things coexist.
Good waterquality and lighting are the key for keeping most corals happy.

Getting there, baby steps Lights are fine - custom build LED allowing both intensity and spectrum. Water is consistent with clear color water when I do water changes. Just started to measure parameters has the tank continues to mature. I'm not seeing much movement nor expect it since there is more live rock than corals (transferred 40 breeder into 210 gallon). So I'm practicing my testing consistency mostly.
I have had to manually dose ESV two part to raise the numbers a bit since they are on the low side. This also helped me to see what is being used after I stopped. Not much change compared to the rest of the world but at least my test results are pretty consistent. Salifert tests for Cal/Mag and ALk by Hannah - love that test kit!
On facebook the hashtag can link to subjects with the same tag.Noticed the photo tag is: EZ550reef picture
Is there a Difficult550? Just kidding - I was wondering if the tag means anything.
