Glue for wet rock?

I want to glue my live rock together in my tank so nothing collapses. Only problem is that the rock is in an established (nano)tank. Are there any glues/epoxy that will cure underwater? The rock pieces aren't huge. If I dry the rock to glue it will this cause a cycle to occur in my tank from die off?
I've heard mixed reviews on using water weld and aren't sure if I want to try that.

I just use Water Weld from the hardware store.

I haven't used it for rocks though. Just coral placement. I do a "sandwich: super glue/epoxy/super glue.

WaterWeld for me too. Way too many tubes to count over the years,

It may or may not actually fasten the rocks together, but it is easy to take a glob and form a nice support or two. I like that it doesn't turn two rocks into one so much. That way if you have to you can still take it apart when needed.
